Terms.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for anything that happens under your account. Invite teammates from the workshop settings — do not share logins.

• Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled from your billing settings.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Trial accounts are not charged until the trial ends.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

Do not use MechOne to break the law, infringe on others, upload malware, scrape the service, or attempt to disrupt other customers. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other workshops at risk.

You own the workshop data you enter. You grant us the rights we need to host, back up, and display it to authorised users on your behalf. Deletion and export are covered in our Privacy Policy.

We work hard to keep MechOne available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in-app when possible. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party infrastructure providers.

You can cancel at any time. We may terminate accounts that materially breach these terms. On termination you can export your data before it is deleted per the retention window in our privacy policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MechOne is provided "as is". Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
