MechOne provides workshop management software to independent garages and their staff. This policy applies to information handled through the MechOne web app, marketing site, and support channels. It does not cover third-party tools you connect on your own.

• Account data — name, email, workshop name, and role for people you invite.
• Workshop data you enter — customers, vehicles, job cards, invoices, and inventory records.
• Usage data — pages viewed, features used, and diagnostic logs, used to keep the product reliable.
• Billing data — handled by our payment processor. We store the last four digits and billing metadata only.

We use your data to operate the service, authenticate users, generate the reports you request, respond to support, prevent abuse, and improve MechOne. We do not sell personal data and we do not train third-party AI models on your workshop records.

We share data with vetted subprocessors that host the product, process payments, send transactional email, and provide error monitoring. Each is bound by a data protection agreement.

Workshop records are retained while your account is active. You can export your data at any time. On cancellation, we delete workshop data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required (for example, invoices for tax purposes).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email privacy@mechone.io and we will respond within 30 days.
